TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are set out based on the details below and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

The terms are provided with references to third parties, their services and products. YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7hereinafter known as the ‘Company’, is not liable under any event, whether special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage and on any theory of liability, arising out of, or in connection the use or performance of this information.

This information may include technical or other errors. Changes will be periodically added to the information herein and incorporated in any new editions of the terms and conditions.

The Company links in this information take the visitor to third party sites. The Company is not responsible for any content contained on third party sites and we provide these links as a convenience and do not imply endorsement by the company.

The Company shall endeavour to keep the information correct at all times and any booking made by the visitor is governed by the terms and conditions specified by the relevant third parties at all times.

TERMS

Account Facilities are provided at the discretion of YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7and on the strict understanding that all accounts will be settled within 14 days of date of invoice.

Terms of payment are 14 days from the date of invoice, and should be strictly adhered to.  YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7 reserves the right to reduce the commission payable by 5% p.c.  on outstanding invoices.

If you do not agree with the invoice, you should advise our accounts department within 7 days. You must pay the amount you agree with, and send a reconciliation with it explaining fully the items you dispute and the reasons                                                                                                                                                                                 We reserve the right to alter our charges at any time. Should a card fail to debit we reserve the right to charge a £25.00 fee for administration costs. Further attempts to charge and non-payment within two calendar months will result in an increase to 50% of the invoice total being added.

All queries pertaining to invoices must be made within 14 days from date of invoice. After that payments must have been paid for rectification procedures to take effect. Any redress shall be at the discretion of YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7.

Account Credit Facilities are subject to an agreed administration fee of which VAT will be charged only. VAT will NOT be charged on the net total. Clients are not to deduct sums from invoice totals, whether in dispute or any other reason without the express written consent and an issued ‘Credit Authorisation Notification’ from My YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7.

When booking to facilitate a speedy response from our staff and accounting procedures please provide the account reference number, date, passenger name, and internal reference numbers in addition to the journey information.

YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7will not accept any responsibility for the misuse of an account credit facility by a member of the account holders staff or associate nor for fraudulent use by a former employee or associate.

Account Clients are to pay in full any amounts charged and verified by documented signature to their account. Clients must pay attention to the details on the drivers’ XDA/ PDA handset that will be issued for signature on completion of a journey. In particular, the ‘waiting time’ and ‘phone call’ sections should be completed by the client or instruct our driver to do so on clients behalf.

A client signature is a legally bound commitment to pay. In-car phone charges cost are set per minute at £1.00 local /UK calls, £2.00 European and Overseas calls. Other In-car services i.e. use of Wi-Fi internet; water and newspapers are at the discretion of the Chauffeur driver and dependant on availability.

For Airports pickups we offer 30 minutes free waiting time at no additional cost for International flights and 30 minutes for European flights.Waiting time charged by the hour, for an executive saloon vehicle a £30 per hour, for a Mercedes S and V class a £55 per hour. Parking and Toll charges are to be paid by the client as appropriate. In the case of query or complaint of a particular service or chauffeur a client must quote the journey ref number, date and time, the driver’s identification number as shown on the driver’s photo card ID badge.

Our reputation is dependent on good customer service and any incidents will be carefully investigated and dealt with in accordance with its findings. Conversely, should praise be forthcoming we will pass on your comments.

A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed, but luggage which, in the opinion of the chauffeur amounts to be excessive weight may not be carried or in some case excess baggage charge will apply depending on number of luggage, a £10 per luggage minimum. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any other items; however such loss or damage may be caused when handling your luggages by our chauffeur.

Passengers are fully indemnified against loss or injury whilst in our vehicles. Under the terms of our insurance policy the company expressly prohibits any persons other than their own chauffeurs from driving their vehicles and can only seat the number of passengers according to that vehicles capacity.

The Company and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passengers who are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to either chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passengers.

The driver is entitled to charge via YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7for any damage, soiling or breakages to the vehicle, this may also include a charge for loss of earnings while the vehicle is out of service. Tours or ‘as directed’ journeys are deemed to start and finish at our London Operating Centre.

YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7will make every effort to get a passenger to their destination on time. Should a breakdown, severe traffic or adverse weather conditions prevent a journey completion then reasonable attempts to procure an alternative method of transport will be sought.

YES TRADERS  Limited trading name by b2b Express , Lookingcar , Londontransfer24/7however cannot guarantee, nor accept any responsibility for failure, to complete a journey.

All clients MUST wear safety belts and adhere to our strict No Smoking Policy within vehicles.

Should any passenger wish to smoke during their journey an arrangements can be made to stop the vehicle at a convenient location. Waiting time levies will be applied. Cancellation charges apply after a driver has been dispatched this is a 50% of the total fare.

All our driver will stop where is safe for them to do so in accordance with road regulations, should a client ask the driver to stop in a particular restricted place and as a result driver receives a penalty charge notice the client will be hold to full account and liable to full payment or any endorsements.

Where a driver has reached his pickup point the base fare for the booked journey will be applied. Any further charges will be at the discretion of our London Operating Centre.
